Complete Warehouse & Distribution is an organization that is well grounded in the fact that it operates in a commodity based industry. We will not attempt to revolutionize the industry. Rather, we will focus on developing long-term relationships with our customers by providing services that meet their needs and solving their difficult distribution issues. We will couple our customer-focused philosophy with our cost-management techniques:

• We will own most of our facilities. Leased buildings are more expensive as they include a mark up on the actual building cost to cover the landlord's profit and broker commissions. These costs will not be factored into our rates.
• Our system is our competitive advantage. It is not "state of the art." What does that mean anyway? Our warehouse management system can handle all our customers' complex situations. It is comprehensive and flexible. The difference between comprehensive and state of the art is several hundred thousand dollars - every year. Our customers will not be charged "state of the art" rates.
• Our people are our most valuable assets. We will be safe. We will work hard. We will listen to your needs and be responsive. We will do this because it's more rewarding that way. And because of this, we are very good at what we do. Our goal is to be responsive to our customers' needs, creatively solve their distribution challenges and foster an environment that rewards safe, customer-focused actions.
